Hey there, I’m new to yoga and am very interested in trying this sequence as well as your bedtime sequence as I am a chronic insomniac. How long would you suggest these sequences should last each morning or night? I know you say do a minute of this or as many breaths as you like in this position but for a beginner would you set a time-frame, e.g. 15mins? Thanks for your time, I’ll be interested to see how I go
