Even though we diet, without exercise we cannot move forward. We need to exercise regularly and keep our bodies fit. Eating the right kinds of food can improve our metabolism and that will help to burn fat faster. If we do not like conventional forms of exercise we should take the stairs instead of the elevator. We could park the car a distance away from office so we walk a little to and fro.
