Eating 2-3 servings of fatty fish a week that contains omega 3 fatty acids will reduce high blood pressure and lower high cholesterol levels. Also they help reduce the risk for allergies and reduce inflammation. Use pharmaceutical-grade fish oil if you are concerned about mercury and PCB’s from store-bought fish, because they are free of mercury, PCB’s and other contaminants.

To swallow them easily, you can choose any variant flavored in orange, lemon, and even peach flavors. There are no fishy after taste common just like regular fish oils.
