The cholesterol levels would depend on the food intake we have. If we are not so concerned on the kinds of foods to eat, then now is the right time to choose the right kind of natural diet to avoid high cholesterol and even high blood pressure.

Of course, our main target here is to reach the ideal cholesterol measurement; meaning lower bad cholesterol and higher good cholesterol. So, it is necessary to control cholesterol levels within such restrictions as much as possible. In preparing your daily meal, always consider these tips.

For breakfast, eat food rich in fibers. Add fruits, whole grain muffin waffles, bagels, pancakes, and oatmeal. Soluble fibers are contained in oats which reduces bad cholesterol. These fibers are also available in kidney beans, psyllium, apples, prunes, pears, brussel sprouts and barely. Switching to soluble fiber diet will enhance your body system by lowering your cholesterol levels.
It is necessary to add almonds and walnuts to your diet because these foods contain high polyunsaturated fatty acids which are necessary in reducing blood cholesterols and in enhancing the elasticity of blood circulation in the body. Besides, these foods are parts of the healthy diet.

Fish with omega 3 fatty acids are essential to our body. Fishes rich in omega 3 fatty acid are salmon, sardines, albacore tuna,  mackerel, lake trout and. These are needed by our body to protect our heart by reducing blood clotting as well as reducing blood pressure.

Stop eating meat, fats and poultry instead eat more fish since they are rich in omega 3 fats. Avoid drinking all kinds of sugary drink particularly coffee and tea and soda drinks. Eat more vegetables and fruits if possible add it in every meal you have. Switch to whole gain bread and stop eating white bread.

Knowing the right foods to eat in your daily meal makes your heart in a top condition in which it runs smoothly and perfectly. It can give various benefits to the heart which is at the main organ in our system.  

First is a healthy heart can free a person from whatever illness and can easily cope with the stress and pressure put in the body.
Second is to help the body function effectively; thus, enabling the body to cope up with the stressful activities in order to do the task more efficiently and comfortably.

Third is the ability of the heart to repair and heal itself especially if it is damaged by heart attacks, it is easy to be repaired following the healing processes and activities.

Well know that the heart is the major body parts and when it weakens it might gibe serious effects on our body system. So, it is very important to keep this healthy. With the foods that lower cholesterol levels, it can also help lowering high blood pressure; thus making the heart healthy and strong.

High blood pressure also known as hypertension will bring can bring deleterious effects to our health if not for proper medical attention. It is always asymptomatic which always catch a person unaware and can lead to stroke, heart attack, heart failure, renal failure and arterial aneurysm. These are all life threatening; thus, monitoring your health conditions as well as adopting ways to have good blood pressure are necessary.

A good blood pressure means a normal blood pressure wherein our body’s systems continue to function normally. Blood continues to flow smoothly to the heart and to the brain, thereby, preventing heart attack and stroke.

Proper monitoring of your health condition is necessary to keep you strong, healthy and alert. Otherwise, you have to find ways to treat unhealthy conditions. If you cannot do it personally, have a regular check -up with your doctor and persistence in maintaining your balanced diet and a regular exercise or physical activities.

There are several ways to maintain good blood pressure.
First is to have time to do a regular exercise to stretch your muscles and nerves. You need at least thirty minutes in a day; three times a week to do this exercise. If not used to any kind of physical exercise, then you can start strolling or walking and later you can have jogging, running, swimming  or engaged in any sports activities. Or, you can do dancing. Second is by watching your food intake. Avoid too much salt or sodium because this can constrict blood vessels and will lead to hypertension. It is better to go more for fresh fruits and vegetables to maintain good blood circulation; thus, giving a healthy heart. Have fish included in your diet since this is rich in omega3fatty acids which are necessary in the improvement of metabolic and cardiovascular health. Usually, fish oil increases good cholesterol and decreases bad cholesterol levels in the body as well as helps in the improvement of blood circulation to the heart and to the brain; thus, preventing heart attack and stroke.

For those who have undergone heart transplants, it is highly recommended to have more intake of fish which are full in omega3 fatty acids. It is a fact that high blood pressure is often associated with heart transplant surgery, this omega 3 is important to stabilize the health condition. In other words, omega 3 is an effective treatment for post surgery with hypertension

Third is to change lifestyles. Cut down cigarettes, alcohol and even prohibited drugs because all these things can do no good but will always give harmful effects to our health. However, avoiding all of these is really a difficult task because you cannot do it overnight but it needs persistence as well as patience to achieve good blood pressure.
